Should You Wash Your Beard With Hair Shampoo?

Using hair shampoo on your beard may not be the best option as the skin on your scalp and face are DIFFERENT.  Hair shampoos are designed to clean hair on your scalp, which tends to be thicker and more resilient than the skin on your face.  Using hair shampoo on your beard can strip away the natural oils that keep your beard and the skin underneath it healthy, causing dryness, itchiness, and flakiness.
