GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are fulfilled & shipped within 1 business day. We are a family-owned & operated business and do our very best to get orders out on the same. You will be notified of any delays in this process.
Once an order is marked "fulfilled" in our system, a shipping notification email is sent to you. If you have not received your tracking number email, please check your spam folder.
Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotional sales events due to high order volumes.
Shipping rates are automated by the shipping carrier. These rates vary from day to day!
Beard Octane AU IS NOT responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees that occur due to an error of these is the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes shipments sent to "non-updated" addresses.
