The sunflower oil base may not suit my skin type as well as their usual fractionated coconut oil blends.
I’ve used Beard Octane oils for years and always rated them highly, but this new line didn’t suit my skin at all. After just a couple of days my skin became dry, sore, and flaky — something I’ve never experienced with their other oils.
I haven't changed my routine so the only thing I can put it down to is sunflower vs coconut oil. At least it's a teachable moment, you can really feel the difference between another oil blend.
It still smells good though. So I can still use on the beard, just need the usual blends on the skin.

How To Use
1) Using the dropper cap, squeeze several droplets of beard oil into the palm of your masculine hands. We typically recommend a dime sized amount. For best results, apply beard oil while beard is damp.
2) Rub the beard oil between the palms of your hands, in a circular motion.
3) Rub your hands through your beard, while working your way to the skin underneath. Work the beard oil into the skin underneath, as this will help get rid of the dreaded "beard itch".
4) Use your favorite Beard Octane Australia comb or brush to style your facial fur.
